When my boss asked me to come in and talk to him about ways that we could make sure that our business goals our being met, I told him that we should have some performance management in place. He asked me what I meant, and I told him that we needed to be managing our performance, to make sure that our goals are being met in an efficient manner. He said that he really liked my thinking, and he wanted me to figure out a way to make this happen. I knew just the company to get in to contact with.
