We bought my son a pair of shoes for Christmas and the only reason that we decided to spend so much money on them was because of the love he had for them and what they did above and beyond the regular shoe. These skate shoes he wears everywhere. He likes to have them both in the shoe mode and in the skate mode. The other day he lost a major piece of the shoe and now he can not wear them in the skate mode without the piece. How do I get a replacement part without having to pay for another set of sneakers?
