Today I decided to sit down with my boss and explain myself. I needed more time off and the two days a week was not enough. I walked into his office and took a seat. Then I told him that I needed to know how to get more holidays. He said that all I had to do was ask for them. I told them I needed them with pay, and to drop me down to a four day work week. He said that it was a reasonable request and he took care of things for me. I was happy to see that he appreciated my work.
