Dubai Affected By The International Real Estate Market

Just when you thought the international real estate market was on the mend out comes the news that Dubai cannot pay for all the development projects that it want to do. It seemed like their building projects would never end and they were really creating a fantasy world but the problem seems to be that it all relies on the influx of cash for the rich and famous. While that can be very lucrative the issue is that even they are not immune to a downturn in the economy. The wealthy may not have run out of money but if they stop spending then the result is the same.
