six pack

I go to the gym about every other day. And on those day I really push it. I do really intense workouts. Then usually on the off day I do some sort of cardio, like sprints. I like to do abs after my gym workout though. I just started this new six pack abs program. It is really great I do it interval style, with a lot of unconventional exercises. I do not just focus on crunches. I do alot of hanging exercises like the knee and leg raise. Then I add in some floor and stability ball exercises. When I am done my abs are beat, but in a good way. I can usually see the six pack right after the workout. It reallly makes you feel like you did something.
