How To Imprive Your Physique

I think you are better to attack the most aggravating part to you first, coming from the skinny fat club myself. Personally I have a 38″ waist which drives me crazy, so I am trying to get it down to @32″ at least before I go gung ho and put on more mass. From my stand point my 38″ waist came from Wendy’s Baconators and the like, and I want to rid myself of that, and then when I do bulk up intelligently, I will be in a better position to keep my body relatively “proportionate”.I think Sean Nalewanyj’s muscle program is good whether you are bulking or cutting. It’s the heavy compound movements that shoot that testosterone up. More muscle = better metabolism if I understand the book correctly so you’ll burn fat anyhow, just not very quickly by continuing to bulk.
