My morning can be so hectic at times, that I am not sure what do about breakfast or I just completely skip it. I really want to eat something before I head to work, because when it is close to lunch time I feel like I am starving. I started asking a few people at work what they do for breakfast and one of my coworkers gave me a few different easy smoothie recipes to try for myself. After looking them over, they look really tasty, so I am going to run to the grocery store and pick up the ingredients.
