I Defrag My Computer Every Couple of Weeks

I use my computer several times a day.  I am on it most of the time for work purposes and I also use it for relaxation and family communication purposes.  Even though I leave my computer on all the time, and the system automatically defrags every two weeks, I still run the defrag computer process myself every two weeks.  I can’t afford to have a slow computer, so this is important for my needs.  It is even more important if you turn your computer off after use.  Your files will become more fragmented if you turn off your computer, so it is more important for you to defrag every couple of weeks.
