Large Groups

Running a home school cooperative is more time consuming than I ever imagined. There are so many little details that I was not warned about. Just to give you an example, when we go out on a field trip there are over one hundred kids to keep track of. Even though each group has a minimumof three parents to chaperone it’s still hard to account for everyone. Last week I discussed this with the board of directors and we have agreed to purchase custom T shirts to help in this type of situation. The cost is more than reasonable but it will have to be paid for by the parents. I just hope they understand this is for safety reasons and don’t complain too much.
